此徵文比賽是由白平基金會白越珠董事長提供優渥的獎學金給優秀的作文得主， 全美總會也會將所有作品編輯成特刊， 以便贈送給所有參賽者做為紀念， 敬請鼓勵貴地中文學校的學生踴躍參賽。
