活動緣起：
為運用數位科技優勢，推動優質華語文及正體漢字網路教育，僑務委員會自1999年5月首次結合學術機構及相關產業舉辦「第一屆全球華文網路教育研討會（International Conference on Internet Chinese Education，簡稱ICICE）」，此後於臺北每兩年舉辦一次。2013及2015年為提升本研討會國際知名度，更分別於美國洛杉磯及波士頓等兩地舉辦，並邀請美國華語文教學相關之學會共同協辦，深化本研討會之國際規格。
經統計，本研討會辦理累計逾4,300位海內外華語文教育專家、學者、各級學校數位教學實務工作者、華語文數位學習科技產業人士共同參與，迄今已發表逾700篇學術論文，顯見本研討會已成為全球最具規模及最受矚目之華語文數位教學論壇之一。此外，透過研討會的舉辦，已達到分享海外中文學校華語文數位教學成果、促進華語文數位學習產業蓬勃發展等多元功能。本屆於臺北舉辦第十屆，期待各界先進參與，有更多創新的、深入的研究與教學成果分享。

徵稿形式：
稿件包括研究論文、介紹演示、實務報告或論述等形式，詳述如下：
- 研究論文：與研討範圍相關之量化及質化研究。
- 經驗論述：對於數位化華語教學之經驗分享與學理論述。
- 實務報告：應用數位媒體於實際華語文教學之作法與探討。
- 介紹演示：華語文數位課程或教材之設計、發展、製作。
投稿類別：
- 單篇投稿：
投稿包括題目、關鍵字、摘要與大綱。
- 小組投稿（Panel）：
每組包含三至四篇稿件，集中合併投稿，投稿資料包括總主題及說明、各篇相關性說明、每篇題目及摘要。若其中有單篇未能錄取者，主辦單位得將此小組另行整併。
- 工作坊投稿：
投稿包括題目、演示人簡歷、演示摘要（演示時間為25分鐘）。
投稿方式：
- 投稿流程：
於2017年3月31日前，進入會議網站（http://www.huayuworld.org/icice2017/）連結至投稿表單，登入全球華文網帳號（帳號@huayuworld.org）與密碼後即可提交摘要檔案、填寫作者資料。審查結果將於2017年4月10日公告，並須於2017年5月31日前提交全文。 - 投稿人須使用全球華文網帳號，無帳號者請先至全球華文網（http://www.huayuworld.org/）註冊申請。
- 稿件全文（Full paper）：
摘要通過者須提交全文，文長6至10頁（A4或Letter Size頁面，單行間距、12號字），須包含題目、摘要（中文約200字，英文約100 字）、本文、參考文獻及圖片等，稿件以英文書寫者須附中文題目及摘要。 - 語文及檔案格式：
請將電子檔案設定或轉碼為中文正體漢字（Traditional characters, Big-5 or Unicode編碼），以Microsoft OfficeWord格式（.doc/ .docx）或純文字格式（.txt/ .rtf）傳送。

Types of Abstracts:
Types of abstracts solicited are research papers, seminar, and workshops.
- Presentation of empirical research studies
- Discussion of method development and application
- Report of digital media applied to Chinese language teaching
- Workshop or demo for software or pedagogies
Proposal Submission:
- For individual paper submission:
No more than 800 Chinese characters or English words (1 to 2 pages) with title, keywords and outline (Script: Traditional Chinese Characters in Big-5 codes or Unicode.)
- For Panel submission:
A panel should include 3-4 papers with a main theme and sub-title for each paper. Materials including the main title and its description, the integration and relations of these papers. The abstracts for each paper, which is 500 to 800 Chinese characters or 300 to 800, English words (The organizer might integrate the group with others if a single paper failed to be admit).
- Workshop presentation submission:
No more than 800 Chinese characters or English words (1 to 2 pages) with title, teaching experience and outline. (Script: Traditional Chinese Characters in Big-5 codes or Unicode.)
Procedure:
Please visit the website: http://www.huayuworld.org/icice2017/to submit the abstract by March 31, 2017.Huayuworld (http://www.huayuworld.org) account is required in abstract submission form. The committee will review all of the proposals anonymously(workshop proposals excepted) andannounce the acceptance by April 10, 2017. Accepted abstracts should submit full paper by May 31.
Full paper submission:
6-10 pages (A4 or Letter size, 12 points in single space, Traditional Chinese characters in Big-5 or Unicode).
