介紹全美中文傳承教育國際研討會主題與類別，適合寫作的題材、寫作格式、如何投稿，黃教授將透過一些範例，探討僑校老師與行政人員如何把概念、案例與寶貴的經驗寫成論文，與其他僑校與全球中文教育學者分享跟交流。
主講人介紹:
黃清郁教授目前任教於新澤西州肯恩大學資訊系，曾擔任維德中文學校校長、新澤西中文學校協會會長，目前是全美中文學校聯合總會長程規劃委員會委員，黃教授是多媒體簡報比賽的創始與推動者，曾多次在全球華文網路教育研討會與其他電腦專業國際會議發表論文，並在全球華文網路教育研討會、美東中文學校年會與其他學術研討會擔任講員。
