僑委會為協助海外現職華語文教師提升教學專業能力並提供在職進修管道，自99年起辦理「華文教師線上遠距研習班」，

上(105)年並新增「兒童」與「青少年」2門主題課程，成效良好。

爰於本年7月18日至8月28日賡續辦理，預計培訓海外各地僑校及公私立中、小學現職華語文教師共65名。

修畢本研習班課程且成績及格者，並將核發僑委會中英文結業證書並授予相關承辦大學學分(承辦大學學分取得相關資料將於評選後提供)。

檢送旨揭研習班遴薦計畫、遴薦表(含個人資料蒐集、處理及利用告知事項)及遴薦名冊各1份，

    中華民國僑務委員會為了用心凝聚北美第二代僑青，為僑界培養優秀的華裔青少年，2017年海外青年文化志工培訓班(FASCA)即將6/24-6/25/2017在芝加哥華僑文教服務中心，舉行此活動以美中地區13歲至18歲的華裔青年為培訓對象，以「服務、文化、領導、傳承」為目標，以期培養華裔青少年具臺灣文化內涵與未來領袖格局。

    今年課程將邀請美中地區文化種子老師來培訓，內容豐富精彩，包括對母國文化的尋根活動、青年領導課程。

   每位學員培訓結業後，即具有加入海外青年文化大使組織(FASCA)會員資格，並具條件參與僑委會所提供之多元學習。

財團法人海華文教基金會（以下簡稱本基金會）為獎勵海外傑出青年，

表揚其努力成就，並提升華裔青年之優質形象，特訂定「中華民國第二屆海外十大傑出青年」選拔活動，

茲摘述如次：

二、候選人條件：

年齡：25歲以上至45歲(含)。

身分：具有中華民國國籍或父或母為中華民國國民且連續僑居10年以上(每年    

 停留海外半年以上並具良民證)。但情形特殊者，得另予考量。

     性別：男女不拘

三、遴選標準：

(一) 在政治、文化、教育及體育等方面有重大成就者。

(二) 在科技方面，有重大發明或發現者。

(三) 從事生產與商業經營，對民生有顯著貢獻者。

(四) 在國際競賽中獲得優勝，提升臺灣能見度者。

(五) 對僑界有重大貢獻，足為僑界楷模者。

四、推薦辦法：

(一) 由各地僑團組織、駐外館處向本基金會推薦候選人。

(二) 推薦時請填用規定之推薦表，除填寫優良具體事蹟及推薦單位綜合意見

         外，並提供佐證資料文件。

(三) 請附候選人優良事蹟及相關照片。

五、推薦時間：2017年4月1日起至2017年5月15日止

六、評選辦法：

(一) 初選階段：各推薦單位(駐外館處或僑團)初選，並於規定時間內，將初選結果連同有關資料送回本基金會。

(二) 複、決選階段：由主辦單位邀請專家、學者及社會賢達組織評選委員會，

就各初選合格案件，經複選、決選程序提本基金會評定得獎人選。

七、評審與公佈：預定於2017年7月完成複選及決選、並於9月底擇期表揚得獎者。

八、獎勵及表揚：

(一) 得獎者由本基金會頒贈海外十大傑出青年獎座一座、獎狀一紙，並邀請來臺接受公開表揚、參訪考察及擔任專題講座。

(二) 得獎者應親自回國出席領獎和參訪考察(未能親自出席者，視同放棄)。

(三) 本基金會提供僑居地往返臺灣之經濟艙機票一張，在臺膳宿、交通並由本基金會全程安排支付。

九、其他

(一) 受推薦人之相關資料，無論是否入選，均不予退還(請自行備份)。

(二) 所推薦人員於本基金會核定前，有職務異動或意外事件發生，推薦單位應隨時知會駐外館處轉知本基金會。

(三) 本辦法所需費用，由本基金會專案編列預算支應。

(四) 經推薦獲獎人員，有不實或舛錯者，撤銷其資格。
